Why Collaboration?
The specialty coffee industry is constantly changing and creating. Coffee companies are getting to know the producers they buy from better and better each year, and are becoming more interested in additional ways they can give back to the farmers they have met beyond just a fair price for coffee. The Chain Collaborative strives to be a resource to those who want to create, facilitate, or contribute to sustainable projects. We aim to let program design and management be our job so that farmers and coffee companies can continue to let coffee be their job.
